Chocolate Cherry Flax Shake

Cherries are an amazing fruit and natural anti-inflammatory. Flax offers some great gut benefits as well as hormone balancing benefits.

This is one of my favorite shakes when I am craving something sweet, but also want to get some of my daily flax in.


1 Cup Frozen Sweet Dark Cherries

1 Banana (optional)

1/2 Cup unsweetened yogurt (optional)

Sometimes I do a banana sometimes no banana and yogurt instead. Live your best life and make it how you want it.

1 TBS Flax Meal (not the whole seeds)

1 TBS Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (Dutch processed will give you that deep chocolaty flavor)

1 1/2 Cups of Almond milk or alternative

1-2 Scoops of Collagen (optional)

How to Prepare:

  1. Place all in a blender and blend.

  2. Enjoy!
